Search Queries
A name or location submitted through a search tool passes directly to the outside company operating that feature. The provider processes the query and supplies its results. We do not keep a separate log of those search terms.
Messages and Contact Submissions
An email may be retained long enough to answer and manage the communication. It remains within our organization unless disclosure is required by law.

No Criminal-Record Data on File
We do not maintain, assemble, or sell a database of personal criminal records. The site identifies where Lincoln County records may be requested from the sheriff, Circuit Court Clerk, Kentucky State Police, and Kentucky State Police Sex Offender Registry. The KRS 17.150 dissemination rule applies to KSP criminal-history information, while the Kentucky Open Records Act governs qualifying requests to public agencies. Visitor information is not turned into a consumer report or a record about another person, and we are not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies operate the search boxes. Their own privacy terms, retention periods, and sharing rules govern any information entered there. Review the applicable partner policy before submitting a query.

Links may lead to Lincoln County offices, Kentucky agencies, courts, legal-aid organizations, or search providers. Once a visitor leaves this site, the destination's policy controls. Read it before disclosing personal details.
